The Strategic Funding Partners Funding Process Step by Step:Borrower Submits Application Borrower and Fund Manager have set appointment to discuss transaction detailsLTV and Interest rates are calculatedA Non-Binding Term Sheet is issuedBorrower executes on non-binding Term SheetPledge Agreements and Contracts are forwarded to the borrower for signaturesThe securities are transferred to the lenderLender tracks the closing price of the shares for 3 days to obtain a fair average strike priceThe loan is then disbursed based upon previously agreed upon loan-to-valueBorrower makes Interest-Only paymentsAny dividends from the securities are credited towards interest-only loan payments.At the end of the loan term the loan is paid in full and shares are returned to the borrowerThe loan may also be extended or refinanced.The time frame for funding may be as little as 5-7 days
